Organize an LLC
Treated as an S-Corporation
Before you organize!
Incidentally, if you plan to use this web site ONLY to gain private membership in a private, lawfully-income-tax-free, audit-proof organization and NOT to organize an LLC treated as an S-corporation since you intend to use your EXISTING S-corporation or S-corporate LLC for the recommended strategy, you may gain private membership ONLY on the Private ORG Membership page.
Of the many things you should know before organizing a business entity, most important are where and how to organize for the best protection of your privacy and the lowest-possible tax cost.
If you have never had any problems with the IRS or your State revenue department, if you are not presently or potentially subject to levy, seizure, wage garnishment, or audit by any revenue department, and if you are unconcerned and thus feel confident about using your own name and identifying information for establishing a new organization, organizing a limited liability company (LLC) and treating it as an S-Corporation for tax purposes probably will suit you. You can do this either in your own State or in one of four recommended no-income-tax States, whichever is least expensive for you (there are five Full Service options and two Self Service options—please download the Organize Tax-Free document—please also download, complete, and submit the Mailbox Service Agreement and USPS Form 1583 documents—USPS Form 1583 requires a Notary stamp and signature).
For more things you should know before organizing a business entity, please download the Legally Organizing document (below) and watch this intro video:

If you are concerned about using your own name and identifying information and wish to protect your personal privacy and security while establishing a new organization, organizing an LLC and treating it as a partnership in the no-income-tax State of Washington will help you do so. For concealment of your own name and identifying information and full-service organization of an LLC treated as a partnership in the no-income-tax State of Washington, please download, complete, and submit the Full Service - Washington document; download, complete, and submit the Mailbox Service Agreement and USPS Form 1583 documents (USPS Form 1583 requires a Notary stamp and signature); and click on the Washington Private Partnership order button under Full Service below.
